By accessing or using the Aero JL website (aerojl.com) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or request our services.

II. Services Description

Aero J.L., S.A. de C.V. ("Aero JL") provides the following aviation services from our base at Toluca International Airport (MMTO):

  • Executive Charter: On-demand private aircraft charter for passengers, operating 24/7/365 across Mexico, the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
  • Air Ambulance: AFAC-certified medical air transport (permit TAN-TN-A-015) with dedicated medical equipment and trained medical crew, available with immediate response.
  • Cargo and Logistics: AFAC-certified air cargo transport with capacity from 100 to 800 kg, including customs facilitation and confidential document transport.

III. Quote Requests and Pricing

Quote requests submitted through our website or WhatsApp are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding contract. All pricing is subject to confirmation by our operations team. Final pricing depends on factors including fuel costs, crew positioning, landing fees, and aircraft availability. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a charter agreement or when Aero JL issues a written confirmation of your booking.

IV. Liability Limitations

Aero JL maintains comprehensive aviation insurance as required by Mexican federal aviation regulations and the Agencia Federal de Aviacion Civil (AFAC). Our liability for flight operations is governed by applicable Mexican aviation law and international conventions. This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information on this site is error-free or current at all times.

V. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Toluca, Estado de Mexico, Mexico. For aviation-specific matters, applicable Mexican aviation regulations and international conventions apply.

VI. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the JL monogram, photographs, and design elements — is the property of Aero J.L., S.A. de C.V. and is protected under Mexican and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
